Imagine an environment where children can build confidence, strength and friendships. Children are supervised by two licensed educators and NASM Youth Exercise Specialists, Jimmy Brooks and Sarah Ames, who have 4 decades of combined experience. Coaches plan fun and engaging strength activities, social interactions, and creation stations. All children will participate in Power-Kids strength training activities during club times.
Before and After School Progams, No School and Early Release Days and Winter Break Club are available.
