Booking Information
1. All parties must be booked 14 days in advance and secured with a $25 non-refundable payment.
2. An invoice will be sent and full payment must be received at least 5 days prior to the party. Refunds will only be given with a 5 day notice of cancellation.
3. The party will start on time, regardless of whether all children are in attendance. Access to the party area will be available 30 minutes before the party for parents to decorate, if desired.
4. At least 2 adults must stay for the duration of the party. Families are expected to handle and pass out all food.
5. Cake or other treats are allowed. We do not have freezer space for ice cream. Beverages must be served in single serve, closed containers – please, no open cups.
6. All families must sign a waiver when they drop off their child.

Meet & Greet: 5 minutes
Warm Ups: 5 Minutes
Strength and Fitness Games: 30 Minutes
Free Play: 15 Minutes

Closing Circle and Awards: 10 Minutes
