FOAM DART NIGHT   Register »  

Children will be introduced to proper safety expectations when playing together. Use your survival skills to dodge oncoming foam darts and hide behind barricades and above all have fun and work together as a team or go it alone, the choice is yours. Play will rotate between capture the goat and survive the maze!

  Ages: 7 - 12 years (Teams will be based on ages and ability)
  Times: 6:00-7:30 pm ($10 late fee for children who are not picked up by 7:35 pm)
  Activities: Safety Meeting, Team Building, Target Practice, Capture the Goat or Maze Craze
  BRING: Foam Dart Shooters and Safety Glasses will be provided or bring your own Foam Dart Shooter and a Face Shield or Goggles. (children without eye protection will not play)
  Price: $20 Per Night
  Price includes 1 snack. All Children Bring Own Water Bottle (WE DO NOT SELL WATER)

I understand - Imagine Academy Foam Dart Nights is a strength and physical development club - and that my child will be encouraged to participate in the physical programming at their developmental level. 

WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR Imagine Academy Corp: I hereby understand and acknowledge that the training, programs and events held by Imagine Academy Corp may expose my child to many inherent risks, including accidents, injury, illness, or even death. I assume all risk of injuries associated with participation including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, and all other such risks being known and appreciated by me. I hereby acknowledge my responsibility in communicating any physical and psychological concerns that might conflict with participation in activity. I acknowledge that my child is physically fit and mentally capable of performing the physical activities programmed by Imagine Academy Corp staff.  After having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of acceptance of my participation and Imagine Academy furnishing services to me, I agree, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, to HOLD HARMLESS, WAIVE AND RELEASE: Imagine Academy its officers, property owners, agents, employees, organizers, representatives, and successors from any responsibility, liabilities, demands, or claims of any kind arising out of my participation in Imagine Academy Corp programs and/or events. By my signature I indicate that I have read and understand this Waiver of Liability. I am aware that this is a waiver and a release of liability and I voluntarily agree to its terms.

Imagine Academy is not responsible for children leaving the premises without permission and/or adult supervision. In the case, a child leaves the building and/or premises without permission, parents and/or Stoughton Police will be notified.

Imagine Academy Corp, employees and other participants are not responsible for lost items.
